NIDSARK provides cybersecurity services including digital forensics, incident response, cloud security, threat intelligence, data protection, and compliance automation. Service scope, SLAs, and deliverables are defined per engagement.
You may not misuse the site or services — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, or using our tooling against systems you do not own or lack authorization to test.
The NIDSARK name, marks, platform, methodologies, and content are the property of NIDSARK TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors. Client data remains the client's property.
The website is provided "as is." No security service can guarantee prevention of all incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIDSARK's aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
